Description

When heading north/west on Wells approaching the Trumbull St. intersection the left lane ends due to construction on Jewel and forces a merge. At one time there were cones and traffic barrels, but they are gone. People don't even realize the lane ends and just weave over not knowing they are potentially cutting off traffic.
