A couple of months ago there was some excavation going on behind the building at 348 Hazard Ave. by the landscaping company that is renting the space. They took down an old metal fence belonging to the neighbor behind him, some trees and brush and they leveled the area so they have room to store their road salt. Now that the weather is better, I noticed that they seem to have dumped the debris in the stream that runs through the culvert. I believe this area is considered wetlands.
