I have written numerous complaints about the dumpster on this property for the past year. The tenants of this building continue to throw furniture and trash on the ground surrounding the dumpster drawing rodents and stray animals to it on a daily basis. As of now a moldy couch, tables, Christmas tree, rugs, food and trash are all over the yard. The trash also continues to blow onto the surrounding neighbor's yards, who like myself, own their properties and are doing their part to pick up this city - we shouldn't have to pick up this dilapidated property as well . This landlord seems to have zero oversight on his buildings. Can someone please contact this absentee landlord and have him address this issue once and for all before a rodent infestation starts.
