there is no address for this location. Here is the closest directions to this giant banging problem. It should be easy to fine, Just go to 38th Ave north or County Road 184, to the CSX bridge, if you work for the City of St. Petersburg you should know were this location is, everyone knows the bridge with all the graffiti all over it, that the City can't see. It is the only place in St. Pete were the road go's under a RxR crossing. Or Go west on 38th Ave. North from 28th Street North and stay in the inside lane and when you hear a giant bang at the CSX bridge You found it. If for any reason you still need help fining this location, please just call me and I will help you find the location even if I have to take off work to help the City of St. Petersburg fine this problem. the road was complexly redone less than 2 years ago, with the Pinellas County, City of St. Petersburg and CSX all working together.
