Sharraxaadda

The city just installed the newer street lights on my block. While the light directly underneath the light is very bright (too bright), it causes large, dark shadows from the trees. Additionally, the street overall is darker, more dangerous walking home at night. The old, yellow lights did a better job lighting up the entire street and sidewalk. Can you investigate?
