Yes, the angled placement of the dumpster so that it protrudes into the lane of traffic is especially problematic, particularly as the site is just below the crest of a hill. Additionally, large pickup trucks are sometimes parked at an angle adjacent to the dumpster and protrude even further into the travel lane. This site really needs some safety enforcement!

Very dangerous to traffic. This can and should be fixed.

Also damaging the street-the weight will eventually (if not already) compress the asphalt.
