Description

There has been a change in the timing of the left turn signal Green Arrow, when turning from Harper north to 15 Mile Road west bound. This has resulted in ridiculous backups for people turning left onto 15 mile. The light only allows about three people to go, when there are perhaps 30 or more cars in line. Over the past few days I have observed the backups extending all the way past the i-94 overpass. It became particularly annoying today when I got stuck in that and it literally had to sit through five lights to make a left turn that I normally make in one cycle of the traffic lights.
