Lock box has been put on and houses are secure, but the yards need mowed and the garage now has auto parts leaning up against the partially opened garage. Cleaning this up will discourage vandilism and will make the block more appealing.

Homeowners have supposedly been cited,but the area and especially, Utah Alley, is continuing to erode. We continue to call the city departments to get this area cleaned up.

We have been in contact with Mr. Carlos Santiago, from the city and he has supposedly walked the alley running parallel with North Penn St. The alley is being used for teen parties, working on cars, abandoned cars, garages are spray painted and unlocked. As nothing is happening with the city/ordinances, the area is worsening and is very discouraging to home owners who are trying to keep the area clean!

Garage needs to have the grafetti removed or painted over. The garage is being used for others to place their discarded items in front of the garage.

Garage is now open and people are using it to fix cars. Kids are using it as a hangout!

Utah Alley, the Alley runs parallel to North Penn St., is a mess. Property value is eroding due to garages such as this . Home owners need to be cited as now the garage doors are off and it is a chop shop. This has been reported for two years now!

Utah Alley must be repaired. Nails, broken glass. We sweep up the debris, but the area has overgrown trees and bushes, pot holes, garbage is not secured. Teens are using the alley to smoke and drink.
