The failure of some authorities to enforce the curfew of 9pm to under aged youth exacerbates the problems of pubilc urination. Tuesday is the only trash day in this area of the city. Bags do not go outside more than 18 hours before collection. There are rodents all over the city but they will go into exposed trash bags for food. Trash cans with lids must be used to prevent such scavenging by rodents.
There are too many dogs allowed to roam loose with out a leash or owner supervision. The dog dropping fines should also be enforced on the perpetrators.
