why are you getting cut off?

People are being cut off because those drivers waiting in the second right turn lane in order to go into the far left lane on Hall are being cut off by the people in the 1st right turn when they cut all the way across the lanes on hall, thus cutting off the drivers in the 2nd right turn lane, who have the right of way

REALLY?? Are you serious?? 3.8 years has gone by and this is the first notice I receive... and it's to close the issue!! WTH good is it reporting anything to you? It took over 2 years after I made this report. Waste of time.
