They may be functioning properly but the timing stinks! There is no reason cars should be sitting so long between those lights and then be clear as can be as soon as we get past the first 540 entrance/exits. The afternoon is as bad or worse. From Honeycutt to Durant, we sit. A huge waste of time and gas for all.
