Description

Both properties next to mine are rentals, 1809 and 1813. Neither the occupants or the property owners are maintaining their yards, front or back. Their leaves are piled up against the fence and continue to end up in my yard. Limbs, branches and trash are left where they fall. Both occupants have dogs that they do not clean up after. These properties are an eye sore and I would like to see some action taken to remedy the situation. Thank you for any help you are able to provide.
