I feel for the people who own or pay rent in the houses right there. This is unacceptable. Most of the homeless don't want housing, but they want to camp out next to them and hopefully the tenants have nothing left outside, it will be gone. Good luck having him removed.

I do not advocate this but there is this pepper spray with blue dye. Still I am not advocating turning trespassing vagrants in crying smurfs really but still??? A person has to do what a person has do to maintain there personal freedoms.

Yep. It'll get worse. Illegal is not a word anymore in Oakland. Laws do not apply to the homeless. This neighborhood needs to get together and bombard PW and the Mayor with calls. Report this every single day. It took 3 years of calling to have the encampment permanently removed from our neighborhood, but it was worth the trouble. Its time the city to clean up. They aren't doing their job they get paid to do.
