Description

The light at the Middle/Smith St intersection has been out of order since Friday 2/26. On Monday 3/1 a lone stop sign was placed for Smith St. drivers approaching Middle St. Perhaps there is a shortage of portable stop signs in the city? Logic would dictate a three way stop similar to the one 1/2 mile down the street at Middle and Bell St would be more appropriate.
