No it's still like a washboard. Drivers pull out into the left lane to drive around it. It's been like this for a few years. I thought that when Hanover finally broke down and fixed Whippany Rd. that they would fix this patch too, but they did not. It's horribe and there will be an accident some day because drivers want to avoid this section of the road.
