Blue cans not blending in with surrouds. Green,brown,cammo, there must be something less intrusive to our vision. Many cans are not being put "away" because there may not be a place for it. The lid doesn't stay up. the lid takes a hand over it to open it. When I go to the recycle bin I need to have it open easily from the front of the lid because, most likely, my both hands would be full of materials to put in the can. The lid should stay up when opened making it much easier to close.
