Perhaps I am not clear as to how to follow the trail of this being sent to other departments, but it seams that this gone just been moved to different departments, someone came and sprayed to kill the vegetation that was beginning to cover the lake, but no one ever cleared it all out and now it has just grown back even more. The edge of the lake is full of rubbish and collects on the sides and in the corner. My corner specifically has overgrown so much that what was once lake water is now build up sludge, vegetation and rubbish.
