On the exit ramp from Forest Hill Avenue getting onto Chippenham Parkway south there are several large potholes There is one cone sitting in the middle of it but that does not fix the problem The pothole has been there for several weeks along with the cone but nothing has been done about it I'm beginning to think that the city is trying to fix all the potholes by just putting a cone in the middle of them so people will avoid them
