11 -11:47 pm (and onward): SEPTA Maintenance Truck EMC 8361 idling in same location. A huge truck, noisy and vibrations can be felt in neighboring buildings. Impossible to sleep for residents.

Septa Truck EMC 8350 idling near corner of 40th and Spruce (on Spruce). Noise has woken up several residents of the building in that location. It began idling before midnight and is continuing now (12:20).

Septa Truck EMC 8361 idling in same location Monday morning starting around 8 a.m.

Regarding above post -- I meant to type EMC 8360 (not 8350). Too tired...
