Description

Again a package was stolen. Email stated: "Delivered via USPS at 2:38pm". This is the 4th occurrence. We have asked USPS to not leave packages out front. Have your packages delivered elsewhere.

Put it in writing that you demand that delivery services must be signed for and not left. If you have proof of that then you can demand that they pay for the item . I think there is an office for each delivery service and perhaps the item can be held there? Yes, best bet is to have the package delivered to a safe address.

Set up a USPS account and designate where you want the packages to be left. You can also set up notifications, so you will know when the packages will be delivered. In response to a notification, you can request that a package be held at the post office for you to pick up or you can redirect to another address. https://my.usps.com/mobileWeb/pages/intro/start.action
