The intersection between 21st Street and Ogden Avenue has crumbled to the point of endangering tires. There is no way to drive around it.

21st Street ceases being a state maintained roadway at Wall Avenue (SR-204). You will need to contact Ogden City via their street damage hotline at (801) 629-8990.
