说明
At this brand new intersection, the northbound Lyons traffic gets a green light every cycle when, 95% of the time, there is no traffic coming from that direction. Can't sensors determine whether there is northbound traffic and only give a green in that case? Also at this intersection, southbound Lyons traffic turning right (west) only get a green if there is southbound through traffic. Again, there is rarely traffic heading south past Paradise (only one subdivision south).
