Description
The concrete pavement in the north bound lane from 288 to the Midlothian on-ramp is falling apart. There are multiple areas of deteriorating concrete at least 25 feet long. You can see the exposed steel reinforcing bar in these holes and baseball sized chunks of concrete sit on the pavement. It looks like they are patching the holes with asphalt but more holes appear everyday. The speed limit through here should be lowered until this situation improves. I white knuckle it on this stretch of highway every morning.
