Sharraxaadda

There is someone on the 2100 block of Valleyview Drive that is being extremely inconsiderate regarding noise. They come home on their motorcycle at all hours of the morning (1 AM, 2 AM, whenever they please) and rev their motorcycle engine in the alley behind their house. They also have cars coming and going to the property at all hours of the night; revving their engine, blowing their horns, and shouting. They raise and lower their very loud garage door, sometimes dozens of times overnight. I'm certain the entire block can hear it. With the hours that people are coming and going, I suspect it may be a drug house.
