If this is a state highway where is penndot? if it is stormwater water run off causing the problem, where are the newtown officials citizens want answers

this stretch of road is a nightmare.

PA Rte 252 is finally being repaved through Newtown Township, from White Horse Road on the north end to Gradyville Road on the south end. The road surface has been milled and is now extremely rough, but paving is expected to be complete before July 31.
