I appreciate you taking the time to report this and letting us know. Although I just had a contractor go spend a fair quality amount of time out here about a year ago repairing tons of lights! We will have to go check on these and see whats going on!

This was taken care of a while back. I haven't heard of or seen any issues on the offramps but I noticed the SB on ramp ped crossing was working the other night.
I will close this ticket because I know it has been fixed a while ago.
