Description

I went by this residence this morning and there were 6 cars parked across all the lawns. all from this residence. how fair is that. 3 years of lawn parking and now he has a whole parking lot in the lawn. must be nice to get away with stuff.

Does this hurt you! Or do you like forcing everyone to be like you disrespecting others individuality in a FREE country. Free, funny to call this country "FREE". Where government creates "codes" telling private citizens what they can and can not do on their own property when the property owner’s (s’) actions have no victims. Under Common Law (Law of The Constitution – Read it) this is not a crime. But these “codes” seam to give civilian strangers (vigilantly) the notion to drives around a neighborhood reporting (complaining) about "code violations" of persons one might not like. As stated, one has been complaining for 3years now. Get the picture, the city is not lessoning to the rant or can not do anything. Especially on the weekends when codes is closed!

Lawn parking destroys the grass/sod which in turn impacts the sewer and water collection.

this address parks on his neighbor lawn and now that neighbor has moved. this place is unsafe and dangerous with all the crap around. he knows someone in the city who tells him the laws and ordinances. his landlord is good friends with a council member. so he gets away with it. 3 years now

If they are parked on the tree line (the strip of grass between the street and sidewalk) the police can issue a tickets.
