The intersection between 21st street and Ogden Avenue has deteriorated. It damages tires and there is no way around it. The city has instructed me to contact you. I have reported this issue to you once before only to be told it is a city road. Whose it it? On behalf of those living on Ogden Avenue, we would appreciate it if the deteriorated road was patched as soon as possible.
