Description

The corner of NE PONDEROSA & TAMARACK DRIVE in SHOREWOODS has become a danger to the kids who wait for the school bus here. Holes are becoming a problem from forts built with tree branches. One child has fallen into a hole and severely sprained his ankle while waiting for the bus. Older boys are using the county land for partying in the spring and summer. Lighting fireworks when the long grass & years of branches are tinder-dry. Shorewoods has common areas a basketball court and a playground. This isn't part of the commons but is county property. Parenbts here would like to see signs posted advising kids that this is not a public playgrounds. NOT PART OF THE SHOREWOODS COMMONS.
