Description

This extensive private property graffiti has been reported previously, but I can not find the appropriate control number. It is the beige building with large black graffiti on the beige walls, West side of Brooks St. and across from the PG& E bldg. and near 2nd St. Tags are: Best, Besp, plus 2 others.
