I'm not sure why I received this email. I didn't report a pothole on Creishem Drive. I reported a pothole at 8620 Germantown Avenue 3 months ago. Issue #28163.

That's unusual. Is it possible that you mislocated the marker?

I think I may have confused things when I responded to the email. I think the email was sent to me because I set-up and receive emails for a watch area (9th ward). The pothole on Creisehm Drive without an address I did not report. I reported a pothole within the same watch area but at a different location, (#28163 at 8620 Germantown Ave.) After I responded to the philly311 comment above I realized that the only reason I was receiving the email from philly311 was because I chose to receive emails for this watch area. Does that explain it? I figured if philly311 was receiving these comments I might as well mention the pothole I reported 3 months ago.

I've noticed a few problems with SeeClickFix from using it daily. I also tried to find your ticket for the pothole that was submitted but was unable to locate it. If that is still a problem, I can submit a service request. Just let me know, if this is still a problem. Thank you. (mb)

Ticket #1028798 was submitted to the Streets Dept. for follow-up (8620 Germantown Avenue). We need the complete address to submit a ticket for Cresheim Drive.
