Description
Its the biggest pothole ive seen. Whats worse is that it is a very narrow street and you cannot drive on the sidewalk at that point due to a light post.

This was originally reported to the Philadelphia Streets Department back in August 2009.....as of April 28, 2010 remains a hazzard to our block
