Collection/ Trash boxes are still unsightly and apparently still unmonitored in the entire South Lansing area. Some of the boxes don't even have any contact information on them. Someone needs to make this their job priority. Better yet we already have Goodwill, St. Vincent, and various other charity/donation businesses..get rid of those disgusting boxes all together.....who are these junk collectors anyway ??? Just random people wanting stuff ??

Someone needs to make this their job priority ! Better yet since there are already many charity/ donation businesses in the area let's just get rid of the disgusting junk boxes all together . Who are these people anyway ?? Just random people wanting other people's trash and junk ??? Please try to make our area appear cared for !

I am not closing this issue regarding the collection/trash boxes....it is Spring again in the area and the boxes are in different areas but are still DUMPING grounds for peoples unwanted TRASH !! I will not close this issue until the trash boxes are outlawed....they are in many shopping area parking lots ! Drive around with your eyes open ! :(

The collection box/trash boxes issue has gotten better but I still see overflowing boxes with trash , household junk and clothes in many areas. I will not close this issue until I no longer see garbage boxes with junk strewn around. They need to completely disappear !!

Why is it okay for businesses to close/go out of business and leave their signage . Near the corner and surrounding areas of S. Cedar St. their are NUMEROUS signs of businesses that Have been gone for years !! EXAMPLE >>> Holiday Inn...GIANT nasty looking sign next to the highway that has been there for over 10 plus years. Corner of Cedar St and Miller>>> Print it in a Minute...gone out of business 5 plus years. When business leave/go out of business they should take their signs/advertising with them. We have enough clutter in the air without adding to it !! I am sick and tired :(

I will not close this issue until those boxes are all gone. People are just dumping their broken, dirty furniture and garbage at them. Piles all around the boxes that I still see. Unwanted items can be taken to Goodwill or other such business...there is absolutely NO reason for these trash boxes.

Also see previous comment about businesses leaving their signs up after they go out of business. Those are a major eyesore. For example: Holiday Inn giant sign next to the highway. So many people in government positions don't CARE what this town looks like. Getting trashier around here everyday.

Still an issue...my comment will stay open until the trash /collection boxes are gone :(
