Description
The intersection of Gay St. & Anderson Avenue has reduced visibility since school has started. Cars parked along Gay Street close to the corner limit the ability to see oncoming traffic when travelling on Anderson and crossing Gay St. Please mark the street so cars cannot park close to the corner on Gay St, near Anderson. Check it out around 8:00 some weekday morning to see the issue.

I believe that is covered by a Borough Ordinance. Something like 25 feet from the intersection should be a no-parking zone. I don't believe it has to be marked to have someone cited. Check with Borough Hall or the Police Department.
There are also 'sight line' laws which are not enforced - like the laws for having lights on when wipers are on. Most of these traffic laws are only enforced AFTER and accident so the police can write a report for the insurance company defining who was at fault.
Lot's of luck in trying to get the problem solved.
