Ever since willow pass was dug up for underground repairs, the Signel light at Kevin dr. and Willow pass has been on a very long timer. People are now starting to run the red lights at night. and 3 nights ago the light at Mary dr. started doing the same thing. Someones gonna get hurt or killed at one of these lights. JIM
