It's absolutely ridiculous this camera was removed a few months ago 'for maintenance' and never re-installed. After the shooting July 2011, this camera was actually turned on. No major violent crimes occurred while it was up. Now that it was removed, there was a shooting this morning in broad daylight while kids were walking to school a block away. Before something like this occurs again, PHILLY: PUT THE CAMERA BACK UP!!!
