Brian, I have to question why this makes you so happy. Maybe if some of you had a place of employment instead of wandering around complaining about every single issue in your little world, I could come and see what PERFECT looks like.

In response to the questioner, there is poetry in clocktowers and the bell that tolls wrong is a wonderful metaphor. This brings together municipal pride, civic activism, mechanical issues and the entire concept of time. Thanks to the hardworking person who keeps this clock tolling correctly. I can't wait until the College Street Congregational Church clock is restored to keep this one company.
