As of last week, the problem has been fixed for now. The house itself is still in pretty bad shape but its up to the homeowner to fix up the house.

I walked pass this house last week in my effort of walking longer & farther. I saw the bags of cement and other debris laying around the front of the house. While there is no doubt that it is the responsibility of the landlord-owner to keep up w/ the property, I still contend that there must be something wrong here why the property has been so run down for so long. That being said, I still stand by my previous comment above.

The home owners seem to have reoccurring issues with keeping the property tidy, but the most recent issues with overgrowth are fixed.
