Description

Two kids climbing on the roof of the College Woods (East Rock Park) ranger station. I think the kids, young teen girl and boy, live at 826 Orange St. (if anyone knows their parents?). This is the second time I've told the kids to get off of the roof. In addition to the damage to the asphalt shingles, there is a huge liability, for the city, if one of these kids falls off the roof.
