Description

Where the Capital Trail crosses the entrance to the City Docks, large boulders are supposed to block vehicular access to the Trail on both sides of the entrance. These boulder are not properly placed and vehicles have been witnessed entering the Trail at this point. The Trail is heavily trafficked by cyclists and pedestrian, motors vehicles are prohibited and pose a safety threat to the public.
