Resident on Ridgeview Pl (which is private street) dumped gravel on to Ridgeview Place - now as the snow gets plowed and melts al the gravel is winding up on orchard St which was newly paved 2 years ago- waited 20 years to have street paved now have to deal with little rocks all over the place, village needs to clean up
