Pinellas County Public Works assigned this issue to Duke Energy

It's now 4/23/2016 and this safety hazard has not been touched. The metal utility box that I reported is still in the sidewalk area with all it's sharp edges and not even warning tape around the area.

This is a SAFETY issue that needs attention. It has been nearly 5 weeks with nothing done. Please, at least put some warning tape around the sharp metal area, and try to pull it away from the sidewalk.

The sidewalk damage left behind by Duke Energy still has not been repaired. It has been over 4-months since the issue was assigned to them. Is anyone still following this problem to ensure Duke Energy does the "right thing" and repair the damage?
