looks like the massive graffiti style that is all over the building on state and warren in Cedar Hill. These may be the same taggers.

Thanks for reporting this. It has been such a pleasure in the past few years to pass Coogan pavilion and admire the really artful graffiti as opposed to this dreck- just ugly eye pollution.

Calling Non-emergency has not resulted in police prescience the last three calls so I have decided to stop calling. Happy to call them again in the future if the operators start taking the calls seriously. I currently feel like I'm being patronized and leave the call embarrassed I bothered to make the call.

No judgement on the police force. I realize the operators are not officers.
