The City of Chelsea has only recently signed on with SeeClickFix, so earlier submissions were not received at City Hall. As this is Route 1, the issues fall under the jurisdiction of the Massachusetts Dept. of Transportation (http://www.massdot.state.ma.us/highway/Main.aspx)
The DOT recently repaved some rough surfaces coming off the Tobin Bridge.
