Description

Watched as passenger of this car dumped styrofoam food container and a red plastic cup. Disgusting.

nice going with the cam.....can we also do something about the noise level at this intersection?..motorcycles and vehicles with defective mufflers???? does the city ever enforce noise level violations??? or the "no parking" on corners at neighborhood streets????

I'm closing the issue because it seems like there was nothing that can be done to "fix" it. Wish there was a means by which to report this - after all I have the license plate and a witness! Some states have phone # to report littering, CT only has number to call State Police if dumping is on highway. Wish the NHPD had time to deal with this kind of issue.
