It's hard to patch roads in freezing temps. I know the road sucks. I live near the train overpass and the road has been in bad condition up here for a long time but I don't think DOT has the money for a full re-pave job for all of Church St. As long as Heavy Trucks and Tractor Trailers are allowed on some of our streets the roads are going to deteriorate even faster. But are you going to cough up the money for DOT to fix all the roads that are in bad condition?

Uh freezing temps? they had 5 ( FIVE ) years to fix this! what do we live in an ICE AGE?

The town has not done a G.D. thing to fix this. I called the town they said "it's a state road They have to fix it" So I called the state highway dept. they said "No Saratoga Springs dug up the road and they have to fix it" So W.T.F. TOWN OF SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY ?

My question would have been why did the City of Saratoga Springs have to dig up a state road? It's a NY State road, so wouldn't the state have been the one to tear out the road?

The City of Saratoga Springs dug up the road because of a water line break or something like that. So the City is supposed to fix it. City of Saratoga Springs FIX THE F---ING ROAD!

Finally the road is fixed. Why did it take so long?
