Thank you for responding. Yes, there is a bike rack. However there is a circumstance requiring installation of 2nd bike rack at west side of property. Talked with Win Davis at Town Green, who agreed with severity of circumstance, advised bike rack, and using SeeClickFix to get it done. Many thanks.
