If the drivers headed south on Pequotsepos Rd did the posted speed limit, this is not an issue.
There is plenty of time to slow down for entering cars if doing the speed limit. Lived at this
address for twenty-five yearswithout an incident.

What you say may be true but 80 % of the traffic doesn't do the 25 mph speed limit.
