cops have been there 3 times but they won,t answer door cause they were in basement, bad feeling about this place, some one needs to contact the landlord,

Their is more traffic at 5011 Stafford than their is at city hall,people stop go inside & come right back out, something is going on their she had her car repoed, rent is over $900 a mo. something is going on that should not B going on weekends are the worse. We do not need drugs in our neighbor hood.

Also we now see that 5023 Stafford is ALSO a rental and the people from this house walk back and forth to 5011 Stafford. All we see are several kids...drinking...bring loud and NOT respecting US as neighbors. People coming and going til 4am...cars parked up and down the street FROM JUST BOTH OF THESE HOUSE after 2 am. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS ! Stafford is a great street and we are neighbors respect each other and watch out for each other!!

This is still an issue... cars always parked overnight ... cars coming and going after 12pm til 5am... we have let landlord know but nothing is being done. WE ARE TIRED OF THIS!!! There is more traffic at this house than any other house on our block!!!! The noise and people coming and going I'd from this house only!!!

Why haven't the cops come down after 2 am to give tickets for overnight parking... I'm just surprised Waste Mngmt or Lansing Recycle don't call of the blockage they cause!!

To whomever this may concern my house is not the only one with traffic coming and going or the only one with cars parked on the steet i do have a life with a huge family which leads to company through out the day after 12-5 am i dont understand and am very concerned on why you are watching my house at that time of night the pictures of the cars youve took are invaded my privacy ive talked with all my neighbors around me which have said theres no problem so as far as im concerned this is a site for pot holes , yards that havent been cut trash and so on and i have none of the above so if the car is bothering you that is parked infront of MY HOUSE i understand you need to get a life and some company thanks for your time have a good night😜

Parking in the street after 2am is a city wide ordinance

Between 2am and 5am it is off limits the streets sorry

You're right "Concerned" the Company you keep we can't control. However company after midnight till 5 a.m. disturbing the neighborhood more specifically your neighbors is something that will have to be taken up with the landlord. The parking after 2 a.m. to 5am in the morning is a problem. Especially when the company is coming in playing loud music, beeping their horn because they don't want to get out of their cars and your company/residents coming out of the cars being loud and having no respect and disturbing the neighbors. I would have to disagree with you in saying that the parking in the street has not been an issue before on Stafford. Let's all try to be friendly neighbors and respect each other. Thank you

Call lpd at 483-4600 ask for 2 to 5 parking tickets to be issued

Enough attention has been brought to this house. It is now up to the people living there to try and be better neighbors.

No it's time to ticket them if they are parking in the street overnight
