On Phillips Hill Rd, there is a treetop extending out into the roadway just off of New Hempstead Rd. Approaching New henpstead Rd, there is a large log at the road edge - which has been there since the summer. Water flows across the road there and in the curve at Old Phillips Hill - great ice skating when below 32 degrees. Requests from to the Clarkstown Highway dept are ignored. Our taxes and politicians at work... It will get cleaned up when something tragic happens.
